Fees

- Fees are assessed at an exact per minute rate at $20 per hour, with some projects being charged at a flat rate.  There are a few exceptions:

Transcription: $25 per hour (1 hour of tape = 4 hours of typing)

Mailing Services:

**Some variables may cause higher pricing.

-  There are no minimum or maximum amounts of work per month.  When you need assistance, Personal Office Assistance is here to help.

-  Estimates will be based on what the client represents, but they are only approximate figures.

-  Hourly rates do not include project expenses such as postage supplies, materials, purchases made on your behalf, etc.  Extra expenses will be billed to you at cost.

-  20% of the estimated total is due before work is begun on the project.  Clients will be responsible for the full balance upon completion of the project.

- Invoicing is done once a week and payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice unless other arrangements are made.  Invoices are sent via e-mail unless other arrangements are made.  Past due invoices are subject to late fees and work stoppage.

- Payments can be made via check, money order, or credit card. Credit card payments will be processed through PayPal.
